NAB – small business section

Challenge:

NAB has some great, informative content written by professionals for small business owners – however, they’re not easily found as they are housed across many micro sites and pages.

The challenge was to redesign the Small Business area of NAB to enable small business owners to search and navigate this area of the site while making it as engaging as digestible as possible through clean design, photography style and tasteful micro interactions. Our solution for these time poor users was to deliver a navigation system that was easy to use, and a page that could be browsed if new to NAB.

Solution:

Through a series of wireframing and UX exercises withNAB, we’ve layed out the optimum solution for new andexisting NAB users, then proceeded with copy writing and UI design to fit in with the existing brand guide as well as new type styles.

Outcome:

We delivered a responsive design for the Small business landing page, article landing page, article pages in a very short timeframe that consolidated all the small business articles in one place allowing users to find information more easily as well as fitting in with the new branding.
